Revive & Reinvest
Lending program
The Foundation for Homeless and Poverty Management (FHPM) is proud to announce the launch of Revive and Reinvest: Building Economic Resilience Together, a new lending program in partnership with the Commerce Reinvestment Program (CRP). This initiative provides loans of up to $20,000 to support startups, small businesses, and individuals, with a focus in Kitsap, Pierce, and Mason counties.

Designed to address systemic financial barriers and support communities disproportionately impacted by the war on drugs, the program aims to foster economic resilience, wealth-building, and equitable access to capital. By offering tailored lending opportunities, FHPM is investing in historically marginalized communities, helping entrepreneurs launch or sustain their businesses and assisting individuals with personal financial needs.
